Central Florida is a great place to visit.  The major attractions are to the south of Orlando. Traffic can be a factor, so experienced visitors stay south of Orlando to avoid traffic and to be close to the attractions.  A vacation condominium is the best way to "do" the attractions.  Rates are lower and you can save by not having to eat all your meals out.  It's much more relaxing to visit this area if you have your own home-like base  of operations.  We are so close to Disney that many guests go in the morning, come back for lunch, a swim, and a nap.  Then back to the parks for the evening.  Sea World and Universal are also close by.
For a total change in pace, the Atlantic beaches are about an hour away on Rt 192.

This is a picture of our Somerset condo in Kissimmee, Florida.  We are just to the left of the arch and on the ground floor.  The building to the left is the  clubhouse. The pool and hot tub are behind the clubhouse.  This condo has three bedrooms and two baths.

This map shows where our condo is located.  We are four miles from Disney (which is to the left of I-4) with convenient and uncrowded "back door" access to the park and attractions.  The airport is reached by route 417.  Somerset is a small condo complex located on two cul-de-sacs.  It is quiet, safe, and private.  A Publix supermarket is about a mile away at the intersection of 192 and 535.

This shows how we have decorated the condo.  The colors are teal and mauve, the furniture is teak.

• Second Bedroom has two twin beds and a walk-in closet.
• Third bedroom has a queen bed and closet.

Rates

The sales tax here is 12%.
Holidays are higher; Quiet times are lower.
